Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026

XRP Account Audit is operated by Disco & Thompson LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy describes what the Service does and does not do with information. It is written to stay accurate as the Service grows; where it describes something the Service does not yet do, it commits to how that thing will be handled if it is ever added.

1. What We Do Not Collect

The Service is built to know as little about you as possible. It has no user accounts and no sign-in. It does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, payment details, wallet connection, keys, or funds. It does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not build profiles of visitors.

2. IP Addresses

XRP Account Audit does not collect, log, or store the IP address of anyone who runs an audit. The tool reads only the XRP address you submit; it does not record who submitted it or anything else that identifies you. As with any website, the infrastructure that delivers the Service necessarily handles your network connection in order to route and protect traffic; our application does not read or retain it.

3. What the Service Processes

When you run an audit, the Service processes the XRP address you submit and the publicly available XRP Ledger data associated with it. Every audited address and everything a report contains is public blockchain data that anyone can read directly from the XRP Ledger. The Service does not link an audited address to the person who submitted it, and it has no way of knowing who controls any address. The historical between-dates view processes the address and the two dates you choose and reads public ledger data live. Like an audit, it is not linked to you.

4. Stored Audit Records

Each completed audit is stored permanently, including the audited address, the ledger data read, the ledger index, the ledger's identifying hash, timestamps, and the software version. These records exist so that audits are historical, verifiable, and reproducible. They contain public XRP Ledger data and nothing about the visitor who ran the audit. The Service may offer additional features from time to time, such as shareable report links, downloadable copies of reports, subscriptions, or alerts; where a shareable report link is offered, anyone who holds that link can view the report it points to. Because these records are permanent by design and contain only public ledger data, they are not ordinarily deleted. If you believe a stored record implicates a legal right of yours, contact us at hello@xrpaccountaudit.com and we will review the request in good faith.

5. Analytics and Cookies

The Service does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future. If we do, we will describe what is collected and update this policy, along with its effective date, before that collection begins — and where the law requires consent, we will ask for it.

6. Future Features

If the Service ever adds a feature that collects information this policy does not describe — for example an email field, a paid tier, or a saved-preferences feature — we will describe that collection here and update this policy's effective date before the collection begins. New collection will never be introduced silently.

7. If You Email Us

If you contact hello@xrpaccountaudit.com, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add it to any marketing list; the Service has none.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Because the Service holds no personal information about its visitors, there is ordinarily nothing to access, correct, or delete: what the Service stores is public blockchain data, and what it does not collect it cannot hold. If you believe we hold personal information about you — for example from email correspondence — contact hello@xrpaccountaudit.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and honor applicable legal rights.

10. Changes to This Policy

When we change this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
