Terms of Service

Effective date: August 24, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Disco & Thompson LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of XRP Account Audit at xrpaccountaudit.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

The Service is a read-only informational tool. It reads publicly available data from the XRP Ledger about an address you submit and presents that data as a report. The word "audit" as used by the Service means an automated inspection of public ledger data; the Service is not a professional, financial, or assurance audit, follows no auditing standard, applies no professional judgment, and expresses no opinion or assurance about any address, account, or person. The Service is not a wallet, exchange, custodian, broker, money transmitter, financial institution, or adviser of any kind. The Service never requests, holds, or has access to private keys, seed phrases, or funds, never connects to a wallet, and never signs, submits, or executes transactions. Nothing on the Service can move, freeze, or affect any asset. The Service also offers historical views that read an address's recorded changes between two dates you choose, or reconstruct the address's state as it stood at a moment you choose. Like the report, these are read-only presentations of public XRP Ledger data.

3. Information, Not Advice

Everything the Service produces is information, not advice. Reports are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trust, or avoid any asset, account, or counterparty. No fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship is created by your use of the Service. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

Where a report repeats wording, labels, or recommendations that originate with the XRP Ledger, its documentation, or a third-party tool the Service references, that wording is reproduced for accuracy and attribution only. Such wording reflects the source it is drawn from and is not a recommendation, opinion, endorsement, or advice from us, even when it appears within a report. The Service reports what the ledger and its conventions state; it does not adopt or endorse any recommendation those sources express.

4. About Audited Addresses

Reports are generated automatically by software that reads the public XRP Ledger. A report states what the ledger publicly recorded about an address at a specific, numbered ledger index, and nothing more. Reports concern addresses, not identified persons: the Service does not assert, and has no way of knowing, who controls any address. A report is not an accusation, endorsement, characterization, or judgment of any person or entity. Everything a report states is drawn from public XRP Ledger data that anyone can independently inspect using third-party tools, and each report identifies the ledger index it was read from so that anyone can reproduce it. If you believe a report contains an error, contact us at hello@xrpaccountaudit.com and we will review it in good faith.

5. Accuracy and Availability

Reports are produced by automated software from data supplied by public XRP Ledger infrastructure. Errors, omissions, delays, and incomplete retrievals can occur in that infrastructure, in the data, and in our software. The ledger itself changes continuously, and a report reflects only the single ledger index it was read from. We do not warrant that any report is accurate, complete, or current, that the Service will be available or uninterrupted, or that errors will be corrected. Section 11 applies to all information the Service provides.

6. Stored Records and Additional Features

The Service keeps a permanent record of each completed audit, including the audited address and the ledger data read, together with the ledger index, the ledger's identifying hash, timestamps, and the software version that produced it. These records contain public XRP Ledger data and are retained indefinitely; they are how the Service provides history, verification, and reproducibility. The Service may offer additional features from time to time — such as shareable report links, downloadable copies of reports (for example, PDF files), subscriptions, monitoring and alerts, or other features — and may modify or discontinue any of them; features offered for a fee are governed by Section 7. Where a shareable report link is offered, anyone who holds that link can view the report it points to, and once you share a report link you control who sees it, not us. A stored record reflects the ledger and the software as they were at the time it was made; it is a historical record and is not updated afterward.

7. Fees

Features offered for a fee are identified as such before you incur any charge; any feature not identified as paid is provided free of charge. Provisions of these Terms that concern payment apply only if and when you purchase something.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the XRP Account Audit name, site design, report design, software, and written content, is our property and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service and to view, save, print, and share reports and report links for lawful purposes. We claim no ownership of the underlying public XRP Ledger data: the facts a report describes belong to no one, and you are free to state and cite them. What we claim is the report itself as an expressive work — its selection, arrangement, wording, and presentation. Third-party names, marks, and content that may appear in ledger data belong to their respective owners, and their appearance in a report implies no affiliation or endorsement. You may not copy the Service's design or content to build a competing presentation, misrepresent modified material as a report produced by us, or use our name or branding to imply endorsement.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service in violation of any law; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; access the Service by automated means at a volume that degrades it for others; probe, scan, or test the Service's security; reverse engineer the Service's software except where the law grants that right notwithstanding this clause; or alter a report and present the altered version as ours. We may set and enforce rate limits and may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion to protect the Service and its users.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service depends on public XRP Ledger infrastructure operated by third parties and may link to third-party sites and tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party infrastructure, sites, content, or services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all reports and information are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. You use the Service, and rely on any information it provides, at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of ten U.S. dollars (US $10) or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the Service.

14. Dispute Resolution; Class Action Waiver

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@xrpaccountaudit.com with a written description of the dispute and give us sixty days to resolve it informally; applicable limitation periods are tolled during that sixty-day window. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction and venue; either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court where its rules allow. In addition, any dispute may, by written agreement of both parties made after the dispute arises, be resolved instead by binding individual arbitration on terms the parties agree to at that time; neither party is obligated to agree. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all disputes will be brought and resolved only on an individual basis: you and we each waive any right to participate in a class action or other representative proceeding, and you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.

15. Time Limit on Claims

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be brought within one year after the claim accrues, or it is permanently barred.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

17. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may revise these Terms; when we do, we will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect is acceptance of them.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Service. Sections 8 and 11 through 16 survive any termination of these Terms or of your access to the Service. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
